Afternoon tea and beautiful pink beaches make up the perfect port of call in Bermuda. Hamilton is the capital of Bermuda and the best beach for a half-day visit is the Elbow Beach on the south shore. Viewing the highlights include the gorgeous Cathedral of the Most Holy Trinity, a traffic box called bird cage on Front Street and of course Fort Hamilton. Duty-free shopping along Front Street is excellent for values in crystal, china and perfumes. Bermuda’s comfortable climate is the perfect setting for a tee off. Lisbon Portugal has long been a favorite for travelers. From the Caiscais View of a Lisbon, Portugal Open Market seaside resort to the heights of St. George’s Castle and the cobbled alley ways of the Alfama district. Cadiz (Seville), Spain was founded by Phoenicians in 1100 B.C. The Moorish marvels of Seville, the Alcazar and Giralda Tower, the fountains and palaces of Maria Luisa Park and the great Cathedral whose altar is decorated with 4,000 pounds of gold from the Americas. The cultural heartland of Spain is Barcelona. The Gothic cathedral, Picasso Museum, Antonio Gaudi’s Church of the Holy Family are but a few of the sites you don’t want to miss. Southampton, England is the beginning of a new world on your travels. There are museums, pubs and shopping which ranges from Harrods to open-air markets. There are more parks and green belts in England than any other city in the world.
